Job Description:
The Silverdab Corporation seeks a skilled BIM Specialist to join its production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate construction documents from BIM models.
  • Develop custom parametric families based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Implement MEPF hierarchy for minor BIM clashes and assist Job Captain in delivering reports for major clashes and design issues.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and project workflow criteria.
  • Maintain accurate models through revisions and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of BIM experience, preferably with Revit.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD and other BIM software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) discipline plans.
