Job Overview

The Section Head will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the Bank's head office premises.

This role requires a strong focus on delivering quality service to customers by addressing their needs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the management and supervision of activities within the building.
  • Engineering: Handle renovation projects and other engineering-related requirements in the building.
  • Building and Management Programs: Facilitate building administration and management-related programs.
  • Contracts: Manage lease contracts of tenants and service agreements with service providers.
