Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Specialist with expertise in market research to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
    • Gather and interpret data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, social media, and industry reports.
    • Develop and implement market research strategies to support marketing and business initiatives.
    • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven campaigns and product positioning strategies.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion based on market trends and consumer behavior.
    • Assist in segmenting target audiences and personalizing marketing messages accordingly.
    • Stay updated on the latest marketing research methodologies, industry developments, and emerging market trends.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital marketing, to align research insights with business objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in research tools such as Google Analytics, SPSS, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present research findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and social media analytics is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
