Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our online platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure smooth online sales performance.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm.
  • Finance Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Continuous Learning & Skill Adaptation: Rapidly learn new tools, processes, and strategies to support business growth in a multifaceted environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
