Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support departments in developing strategic HR plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  2. Plan, monitor, and evaluate HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in coaching and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors.

  3. Champion the onboarding process to ensure it is high-quality, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's vision.

  4. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.

  6. Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, talent management, and workforce development.

  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on ethics and problem-solving.

  3. Adept at conflict resolution and familiar with HR processes and policies.

  4. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or a related field, with a willingness to work in Pasay Office.

  5. Ability to start immediately.
