Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and maintaining the integrity of financial data, adhering to established accounting standards.
  • Ensuring timely submission of monthly closing reports, including profit & loss statements, to senior management.
  • Analyzing financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Managing tax compliance, submitting relevant documents to the revenue department as required.
  • Overseeing budgeting, strategic planning, and company operations within the finance department.
  • Developing and implementing corporate finance systems, ensuring financial security and transparency.
  • Coordinating external audit activities, ensuring year-end closing meets target dates.
  • Preparing annual financial statements, liaising with auditors and the revenue department.
  • Implementing internal controls, monitoring compliance and recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Managing cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Supervising credit collection and litigation, treasury, and bank relationships.
  • Ensuring accurate payment processing, adhering to company policy and authorization procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong understanding of business cycles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
