Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
At JOB MATCHMAKER, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality control processes to meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with the Program Management Office to monitor supplier compliance
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and legal obligations
• Supervise auditors and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee academic-related development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final outputs from departments
• Review and monitor corrective action plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and analyze audit results
• Communicate with customers to assess their requirements
• Submit reports to executives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business and social sciences related field
• Proven experience in quality control and supervisory roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
