Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain quality control, budget compliance, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs, ensuring buildings are well-maintained and operational.
  • Create design shop drawings to support project planning and implementation.
  • Manage site housekeeping, report on project status, and keep the head office informed of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address project-related concerns.
  • Negotiate with local authorities and key stakeholders to establish and maintain positive relationships.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractor performance and administrative teams.
  • Evaluate technical and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit project operating plans, overseeing project turnover and close-out activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to complete the project efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in structural works and land development.
  • Experience managing fit-out projects.
  • Licensure is an advantage but not mandatory.
