We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our end-products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of software requirements and identify potential quality concerns.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure product quality.
  • Document defects, analyze root causes, and communicate quality metrics in detailed test reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression).
  • Strong analytical skills, natural curiosity, and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead or mentor junior testers.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working with web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with agile project management principles.
