Responsibilities:- Lead the design and execution of company-wide food safety and sanitation programs.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety protocols and government regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs for all staff on proper food handling, hygiene, cleaning procedures, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Work closely with operations, commissary, and store teams to ensure implementation of food safety SOPs across all locations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a food safety, quality assurance, or sanitation leadership role within the restaurant, foodservice, or institutional industry.
- ServSafe Certified (or equivalent food safety certification).
- Proven experience conducting food safety trainings and audits.
- Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and international standards.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills; able to train frontliners and leadership alike.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
