Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to fill the role of Records Specialist. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals starting their career in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and analyzing critical information related to criminal background reports.

The Records Specialist will perform various tasks, including data review from a workstation, thorough analysis of data, and management of criminal background reports. Additionally, they will compare information obtained with public records and other reliable sources, identify and assess relevant data, and make informed decisions about disclosing criminal backgrounds based on established requirements.

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform administrative duties, such as data review and management.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Analysis and Decision-Making:
  • Analyze data thoroughly and make informed decisions about disclosing criminal backgrounds.
  • Compare information obtained with public records and other reliable sources.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong reading comprehension in English.

  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent typing skills (35+ words per minute).
  • Advanced knowledge of technological tools and data management systems.
  • Qualifications:
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
