Job Description

Market analysts are tasked with analyzing and forecasting market trends to inform business decisions. As a finance analyst, you will be responsible for conducting competitive market analysis using company and syndicated data to assess pricing impacts on market share and performance.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and ensuring accuracy of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical reports. You will also extract and analyze financial data using SQL for custom reporting, prepare presentations for monthly sales meetings, and validate data accuracy.

Additionally, you will develop departmental procedures and performance metrics, forecast and analyze sales, financial trends, and general business conditions. Your work will involve preparing detailed project plans, research findings, and recommendations for management.

Special financial and business studies may also be required.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Benefits

This role requires strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Experience in SQL for data extraction from enterprise databases is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of pricing and revenue management concepts for consumer goods is preferred.

Fixed Night Shift schedule and willingness to work during PH holidays are mandatory. Amiability to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once WIO resumes is also necessary.
