Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting creative, innovative content that brings readership and encourages sharing
  • Mastery of various brand voices and tone
  • Collaboration with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution
  • Setting tone and driving creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence
  • Maintaining awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities
  • Exploring, implementing, and explaining new GenAI techniques to help the wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs
  • Testing new GenAI features and providing feedback to drive platform improvements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience writing for digital agencies
  • Precise grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums
  • Able to use data and insight to inform creative decisions
  • A flair for words and compelling storytelling
  • The ability to think conceptually when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into engaging stories
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to team members and clients
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player, open-minded, and non-political
