Schedule: Dayshift, 5 days onsite and 2 days off

Location: Cebu

Compensation: Php 15,500 per month + performance bonus and paid overtime

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs to achieve positive customer experience and first contact resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

This role requires a candidate with 1-2 years' experience in inventory management and tracking, as well as excellent face-to-face customer service and interpersonal skills.
