Job Overview

At Robinsons Department Store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge and understanding of engineering maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations. You will be responsible for maintaining all areas of responsibility to the highest sanitary and cleanliness standards.

You will also ensure that all electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical facilities, equipment, tools, and fixtures are properly maintained and in good running condition. Additionally, you will provide adequate monitoring of performance of all security personnel and ensure that sub-standard performance is addressed accordingly.

In this role, you will work closely with security personnel to ensure they are adequately equipped to handle customer service and pilferage issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical facilities, equipment, tools, and fixtures.
  • Monitor performance of security personnel and address any sub-standard performance promptly.
  • Work closely with security personnel to equip them with necessary skills to handle customer service and pilferage issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistics, Protective Services/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail/service-oriented company.
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
