Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help us acquire customers, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire SMEs, franchise businesses, and retail chains.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Identify and onboard distributors, resellers, and local partners to expand reach.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team for improvements.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, franchise expos, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in SaaS, fintech, POS, or ERP industries.
  • Strong network in SME, Retail, F&B, and franchise businesses.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS pricing models and sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
