Job Title: Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Professional to handle various financial responsibilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process accurately.
  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month in a timely manner.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
  • Manage monthly payroll using accounting software effectively.
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data regularly.
  • Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Present financial data to senior management.
  • Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records diligently.
  • Perform audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
  • Assist senior management in decision-making by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA) or a related field with excellent academic credentials.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software with hands-on experience.
  • At least one year of US Payroll experience and proficiency in working remotely as an accountant.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on technological savvy with PCs.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting principles, with expertise in financial processes.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
  • Able to prepare, review, and understand financial statements thoroughly.
  • Ethical behavior and attention to detail.
