Job Responsibilities:This role involves driving business growth by developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to create compelling business propositions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute action plans to increase pipeline growth through effective prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients and plan, execute, and document daily sales steps utilizing the CRM.
- Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on technology solutions and plan customer meetings, trainings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams such as Sales Director, Marketing, Service teams, and Executive leadership to create compelling business propositions.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- Proven sales experience in the medical device industry with strong communication skills and good report writing skills.
- Possess at least 4-6 years of supervisory role in local medical sales or related experiences and be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A meticulous and analytical team player with good business acumen, initiative, and openness to feedback.
