As an HR Associate at Republic Gas Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's payroll and employee relations functions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports, leave credits availment monitoring, 13th month computation, final pay computation, time keeping, accuracy, familiarity with labor standards and computations, compensation and benefits processing, government mandatories handling, recruitment, replacement turnover, employee relation management, documentation, exit interviews, and monthly report submission to Head Office.

  • As an HR Associate, you will be working closely with the management team to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
    • Prepare accurate and timely payroll reports
    • Monitor leave credits availment
    • Compute 13th month pay and final pay
  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
    • Document all actions taken during incident reports
    • Conduct exit interviews with separating employees
  • Recruitment and Replacement Turnover:
    • Source, screen, and select candidates for job openings
    • Process replacement turnover within 7 days
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Process compensation and benefits for employees
    • Handle government mandatories and remittances
  • Time Keeping and Accuracy:
    • Maintain accurate timekeeping records
    • Ensure compliance with labor standards and computations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Location: Manila, Philippines
