Remote Production Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating a team of creatives, managing client production schedules, and ensuring timely completion of work to meet client expectations.

Collaboration with various teams including Creatives, Quality Specialists, Team Coordinators, and other Production Specialists is key. Close interaction with Customer Success Managers and Customer Support is also required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client's production schedule and coordinate with creatives to ensure all work is completed on time.
  • Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Make suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to meet quality standards.
  • Review sentiment analysis and customer feedback ratings.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  • Identify Design Time for requests assigned to the team with colleagues from various departments.
  • Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the creative development and production process.
  • Has strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project and relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize and comprehend project requirements even when not well-defined.
  • Experience with project management platforms.
  • Effective daily client interaction via Slack and Email with multiple virtual meetings per week.
  • Business-level English for cross-functional and international collaborations.
  • Strong time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Experience with ticket management tools.
