  • Establishes Training Strategies:

    • Collaborates with internal/external business partners to identify business goals and performance gaps.
    • Manages assessment of performance gaps to drive identification of business need.
    • Identifies non-training solutions to address business needs/performance gaps where appropriate.
  • Evaluates Learner Readiness:
    • Evaluates learner readiness to tailor planning of training solutions.
    • Translates business needs into training/development needs.
    • Identifies/selects appropriate training methodologies and communicates to stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Leverages All Relevant Training/Development Approaches:
    • Leverages all relevant training/development approaches, including instructional design, people management development, performance management, throughput management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrates Understanding of Operational Processes:
    • Demonstrates understanding of upstream/downstream impacts of operational processes.
    • Identifies and leverages internal resources to address issues that may impact the learning process.

You will also be responsible for identifying and maintaining training best practices and trends, implementing training solutions, managing internal and external staff and resources, and driving training value and impact.
