Job Title: Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack

We are seeking an exceptional software engineer to lead our technical efforts and develop high-quality software products.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, leadership, and full-stack engineering.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript) and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven).
  • Strong understanding of software development practices (OOP, functional programming, scripting, UX best practices, unit testing, TDD/BDD).
  • Proven track record in managing software products, leading teams, and delivering innovative solutions with urgency.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver complex software projects.
  2. Oversee the development of high-quality software products and enhance existing software platforms.
  3. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  4. Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and career development to team members.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in multiple languages, full-stack development, modern architectures.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Proven track record in managing software products, leading teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and client management skills.
