We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. As a PMO, you'll play a critical role in governing our engagements, planning and tracking them, reporting progress, managing issues and risks, controlling change, managing deliverables and quality, tracking obligations, and adhering to contractual and commercial constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective project governance frameworks to ensure successful engagement delivery.
  2. Collaborate with Engagement Managers to plan and track projects, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  3. Provide expert guidance on project management best practices, risk management, and issue resolution.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions and improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading project management tools and methodologies.
