Accounting Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle finance-related activities, including accounts payable and receivable management.
  • Create comprehensive financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of company expenses and sales.
  • Bookkeeping for all divisions of the company, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Streamline collection efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to minimize delinquencies.
  • Prepare and submit required financial documents, such as Form 2307s, on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Experience with Xero and Quickbooks is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
