Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
  • Representing the business in negotiations by communicating with clients in person or over the phone
  • Providing payment information, including account numbers, payment history, and penalty computation
  • Obtaining payment confirmation and verifying it with management
  • Monitoring almost-flowing accounts designated according to cycles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in collection
  • Experience working in a bank or financing company is an advantage
  • Able to work on site
  • Willng to attend face-to-face interviews

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at our Ortigas, Pasig City office. We offer a competitive salary package, with a range of PHP 18,000 to PHP 25,000 (negotiable), along with weekends off and a dayshift schedule.
