Job Overview

Tetra Pak is seeking an experienced Commercial Development Specialist to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth through new business development, value selling, cross-functional management, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities – Map, prioritize, pursue, and secure business opportunities with new customers in targeted industries and categories.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies – Secure sales targets for packaging and processing solutions through relevant, suitable, and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders – Work with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver proposals and solutions, ensuring alignment on objectives and direction.
  • Manage Customer Relationships – Manage the customer journey from business development execution to handover to account management teams, building relationships and partnerships along the way.
  • Deploy and Execute Tetra Pak’s Portfolio – Ensure the deployment of Tetra Pak's relevant portfolio, delivering a strong value proposition to customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of sales or business development experience within Tetra Pak or a similar company, preferably in the FMCG or Food and Beverage Industry. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering is also required.
