Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to provide exceptional support and guidance in managing our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling administrative tasks, customer service, and project management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as email correspondence, vendor and tenant communication, scheduling appointments, and data entry into software from leases.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants, supers, and vendors.
  • Open and close work orders and ensure their timely completion.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Assist with tenant screening and lease preparation.
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, utility bill payments, and connections.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to organize and direct multiple projects and tasks.
  • Familiarity with web-based project management tools.
  • Proficiency in word-processing software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools.
