Role Summary:

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Transition Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Global Transition & Transformation team, you will play a critical role in executing and delivering programs and projects to drive strategic initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Project Coordination & Strategic Initiatives: Coordinate and execute multiple projects, implementing key strategic initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Data Management: Collect, evaluate, and prepare data for reporting and decision-making processes.
  • File Management: Maintain SharePoint and MS Teams environments to support collaboration and information sharing.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change management activities to ensure achievement of customer objectives.
  • Other Responsibilities: Meeting scheduling, Notes & Actions, Updating Project Plan, Reporting, coordinating various transition activities such as people tracking, LCA tracking, etc.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or related experience is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Agile/Lean Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training desired but not required.
  • Technically proficient in all commonly used business software and applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet, PowerBI).
  • Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.
