Responsibilities of Operations Supervisor
  • Ensure efficient operation within clear guidelines to meet warehousing standards and defined outcomes for the responsibility area/shift approach.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to oversee process flow and controls of warehouse operations, including Pick and Pack, Expedite, and Shipping.
  • Align Outbound operations with company standards and customer expectations.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers, positioning DSC as their preferred logistics provider, employer of choice, and investment destination.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries and resolve issues immediately and professionally.
  • Foster open communications and feedback methodology to build strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or College degree in any field is required.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is necessary.
  • Willingness to work in Santa Rosa Laguna is expected.
