Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fleet operations and heavy equipment management to support multiple construction projects.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for trucks, heavy machinery, and construction vehicles.
  • Ensure efficient deployment and tracking of equipment to prevent downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, repairs, and spare parts inventory to control costs.
  • Supervise equipment operators, mechanics, and fleet personnel, ensuring proper training and compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination for all company-owned equipment.
