As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing Configuration Manager applications and deployment types, ensuring seamless client and device support.

Your primary focus will be on distributing content efficiently, delivering precise Application Packaging solutions, and maintaining exemplary customer service standards. Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and surpassing expectations are key priorities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage Configuration Manager applications and deployment types to ensure seamless client and device support.
  • Distribute content efficiently, deliver precise Application Packaging solutions, and maintain exemplary customer service standards.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration for users and clients, offering advanced interaction capabilities and comprehensive printing solutions.
  • Manage and resolve all events and incidents within the Collaboration Technology Domain, collaborating with engineers to address issues and provide regular reports as per IT guidelines.
