We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage our company's financial records. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with strong proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, and common accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
Maintaining accurate financial records is crucial for any business. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international (especially US) accounting standards.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. They will also be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Key Requirements- Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Strong proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, and common accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and presentation).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
