Remote Insurance Billing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Home Biller to join our team, providing top-tier support to long-term care facilities through accurate insurance billing and collections.

This role involves managing assigned facilities' insurance billing and collections, reviewing and processing claims with high accuracy, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining compliant billing records and documentation, and utilizing software tools for efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities.
  • Review and process claims with high accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff.
  • Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize software and tools for efficient workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
