This is a unique opportunity for individuals with technical or business backgrounds who can demonstrate the ability to read source code and work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in product and software development, design, or digital marketing, and be able to deliver successful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product design and development team to develop and deliver new products and services as well as improvements to existing products and services.
  • Create processes and mechanisms to enable the team to support project delivery.
  • Liaise with different members of the development team to drive projects forward.
  • Facilitate product specifications and user stories and define the customer experience via mock-ups and wireframes.
  • Prioritize features and present trade-offs and risks.
  • Work with Technology Leads / Managers and other engineers to agree on a working architecture and present relative trade-offs to certain approaches.
  • Determine edge case scenarios and proper handling on the customer side.
  • Develop schedules for each phase of the development program and monitor progress against targets.
  • Set up reviews at each stage to ensure the program is meeting its objectives.
  • Liaise with the senior management team to agree on strategic development objectives and gain approval for projects.

Requirements:

  • A strong technical background, including the ability to read source code.
  • Previous experience in product and software development, design, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders.
