Job Title

This role is a unique blend of content creation and marketing, requiring an individual with exceptional storytelling skills, organizational abilities, and technical proficiency.

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile professional to develop engaging video content for both Taskparent and One Bed, while also assisting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality video content that aligns with brand goals and objectives.
  • Broaden audience engagement through innovative strategies and ideas.
  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms.
  • Edit additional video content featuring strong content flow, appealing graphics, user-generated content, product visuals, or other talents.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
  • Monitor and report on content performance to inform future strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: At least 2 years of college-level study.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or digital media.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
    • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
  • Comfortable managing cross-time zone tasks.
  • Prior exposure to remote work and cross-cultural teams.
Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours/week.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
