As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer support services while ensuring operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guaranteeing operational efficiency through effective supervision of store transactions, constant monitoring, reordering, and transferring of stocks.
  • Proactive team management and development to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Reporting sales to management in a timely and consistent manner.
