Role Overview

Digital Operations Manager (Web, QA & Design)

This key leadership role oversees the delivery of high-quality digital assets and websites to clients. It involves managing a team responsible for web support, quality assurance, and design.

The Digital Operations Manager is accountable for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to ensure seamless project execution.

They work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and maintain high-quality standards while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in web support, quality assurance, and design to deliver projects on time and to specification.
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and quality in digital asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

  • Website Platforms & Hosting: Pressable, Bluehost, GoDaddy.
  • Other Digital Production Tools: Facebook Business Manager, Social Pilot, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly.
