Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our software development initiatives and foster technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, have experience in guiding teams, and be well-versed in agile methodologies.

The successful incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value. They will also be responsible for defining and implementing software solutions that meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience);
  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in technical leadership or management roles;
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions;
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development principles;

Desirable qualifications include prior startup experience, certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar, and hands-on experience in Transportation / Mobility as a Service (TMaas) or related industries.
