We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Operations Specialist to join our team at Eteam Workforce Private Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our partner network, including responding to ticket escalations, managing queries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming questions, tickets, and quotes for managed partners (white glove) and unmanaged partners (at scale).
  • Document and maintain Atlassian's Standard Operating Procedure for Q2C and other systems/processes.
  • Document feedback on escalations and issues impacting partner experience with Atlassian to improve business areas.
  • Support system aspects of new partner onboarding and assist partners with operational queries on programs and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Fast learner with a desire to develop skills to tackle new tasks.
  • Confident in operating at scale, handling many requests at a time.
  • Pro-active in breaking down and de-risking issues and challenges.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Productive and collaborative in a high-tech work environment.
