**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of Cash Disbursement Receipts: Oversee the accurate and timely issuance of cash disbursement receipts to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of Cash Advances: Monitor and manage cash advances for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Outlet Rentals Management: Ensure that outlet rentals are accurately recorded and monitored based on contracts and due dates.
  • Accounting Process Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day accounting processes, including financial statement preparation, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Daily Transactions Monitoring: Monitor and review daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
  • Tax Audits and Payroll Participation: Participate in regular tax audits and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Department Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of the accounting department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and activities.
