Corporate Lawyer Job Description

Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling legal matters related to land and properties, providing strategic legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing the organization in negotiations and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle legal matters related to land and properties
  • Provide strategic legal advice to the organization
  • Draft legal documents, contracts, and contract negotiation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and court proceedings
  • Manage and supervise land and property transactions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of working experience with expertise in Property, Real Estate, or Commercial Law
  • Experience in land registration cases, transfer of rights or titles, ejectment cases, mediation, Environmental Compliance Auditing, arbitration, and other property issues
  • Ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and contract negotiation
  • Adept in evaluating and processing data about real property
  • Knowledgeable in permit and license applications with government agencies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
