  • Work within the incident support team to provide 7x24 support">
  • Keep production up and running by providing the proper incident support">

  • Support the operation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System)">
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives">

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, application support or development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of SAP, Java error monitoring, SQL

Manufacturing experience is an asset

Good communication skills and flexibility to work in shifts and overtime
