As a skilled professional, you will join our development team and work closely with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to implement the product roadmap. Your technical knowledge will help you analyze system issues, perform bug triage, and find solutions. You will be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with business, internal, and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution).
  • Provide technical solutions to business for finance-related problems.
Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Proactively investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Work with various teams to resolve production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go live.
  • Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
  • Lead data management and migration activities.
  • Ensure timely communications in accordance with project timelines.
  • Engage in other areas of Finance such as Security, Compliance, Reporting, Production, and participate in change management support.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good understanding of one or more areas including ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Experience with Javascript or any other programming language is required.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with technical and non-technical parties.
  • Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
