Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their problems.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.

The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, with a strong command of the English language. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.
