Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our land development department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by determining property boundaries with surveying equipment, plotting maps for presentation to colleagues and clients, analyzing sketches, maps, charts and graphs relating to a property, inspecting and updating previous surveying records for accuracy, designing new surveying methods, researching legal requirements for properties, and liaising with Architects and other Engineers to coordinate measurements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. You will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
