Business Development Manager

The Regional Sales Team Leader at Nabati Philippines oversees the productivity and efficiency of the assigned sales team. They are responsible for generating leads for new business and customers through continual marketing and sales promotions. The team must meet or exceed financial, operational, and sales goals to support business objectives.
The Regional Sales Team Leader collaborates with upper management to create project plans and set benchmarks for the sales team. They analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share. Additionally, they establish relationships with new clients to increase business opportunities for Nabati in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Collaborating with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital in attracting, hiring, and developing a highly motivated sales team.
• Monitoring the sales team's performance to support business goals and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Resolving complaints regarding the sales team and taking steps to improve or correct performance.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills. They must be able to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales goals. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
Experience in sales and leadership roles is preferred. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
