Manage and develop relationships with key partners to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute effective account strategies to promote Radius products and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address opportunities, manage orders, and oversee provisioning.
Conduct regular field visits to enhance visibility, strengthen industry presence, and solidify the company's standing in the market.
Lead special sales programs or projects to boost sales and enhance overall performance.
Assess and validate partner business models against Radius's wholesale model to ensure alignment and optimize performance.
Meet or exceed established sales targets to ensure ongoing business growth and partner satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors: Telecom Sales, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services.
Ability to report onsite as required.
