**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alabang. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of college education and experience in the BPO industry.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is up to PHP 22,000 per month, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of college education
  • 1 year of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in voice and international customer support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Alabang
  • Willingness to adapt to shifting schedules
