Responsibilities
- Paying and reconciling New Zealand, Australian, and South Pacific creditors
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely payment and reconciliation
- Clearing and maintaining creditor reports
- Data entry using QuickBooks to manage accounts payable
- Managing accounts receivable, including banking, receipting, and merchant services
- Invoicing and processing refunds
- Providing administrative support to maintain office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reconciliation
- Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers and team members
- Basic understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
