**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Designer to join our team at Intelassist. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and producing construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation for our multi-family development projects.

About the Role:

  • You will assist in the design and production of construction plans and permit submittal documents.
  • You will perform research for project due diligence and prepare summary reports.
  • You will develop conceptual site and grading plans.
  • You will assist in the design and perform hydrologic analyses of stormwater management facilities.
  • You will develop site grading plans and earthwork calculations.
  • You will develop erosion and sedimentation control plans.
  • You will develop utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design.
  • You will develop tree management/landscaping plans.
  • You will coordinate with agency/municipality staff, other engineers/consultants, architects, project team, contractor, and ownership.
  • You will perform other duties as directed by Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and/or Director of Engineering.
  • You will participate in the continuous improvement of Engineering Team and Company practices which align with our mission statement.
